Fired Heater
Tubular cracking furnace is composed of radiation chamber and convection chamber. Fuel is burned inside the radiation chamber. Furnace tubes are located in both radiation chamber and convection chamber, whose material is selected according to temperature. Usually, Cr23Ni18 is used in the high temperature section of cracking furnace, and Cr5Mo is better for middle temperature section. As for the low temperature section, 10# carbon steel is applied. Inside the cracking furnace, the cracking feedstock and water vapor start from furnace tubes in convection chamber, and then entered the furnace tubes of the radiation chamber for cracking reaction. The outlet temperature is determined by the feedstock used. The cracking products are extracted from the top of the furnace to the cooling system.Waste Heat Boiler
