Also known as the radiant section furnace tube, the cracking furnace tubes are mainly used in the radiation section for Ethylene production. Our professional manufacturing process for cracking tubes is centrifugal casting with material of ZG40Cr25Ni35Nb, ZG40Cr35Ni45Nb, HP-Nb, HT50, GX40NiCrSiNb35-26, GX40NiCrNb45-35, G-NiCr28W and SCH24XNb etc..
The specifications are as follows:
Furnace tube: O.D.:50MM-200MM, wall thickness: 5mm-20mm;
Manifold: O.D.:100mm-400mm, wall thickness:10mm-40mm;
Centrifugal casting bent tube: to drawings.
Static casting:90°elbow, 180°elbow, Tee, hand type tube, special-shaped three-dimensional elbow, hanger etc..
The manufacturing standards include:
1. The design requirements of the customer and engineering company.
2. Centrifugal casting: HG/T 2601, ASTM A608, DIN 10295, JIS G5122, etc.
