As the main way to generate Ethylene in China, cracking furnace plays a significant role in chemical industry. Cracking furnace could be divided into two parts: Convection Section and radiant section. Convection section is used to recycle waste heat from flue gas to pre-heat and vaporize base oil. The rest heat is used to overheat high-pressure steam and feed water.
The Steam Superheater cracking tube with the property of heat and wear resistance, is usually processed by spun casting.
