Based on function, DRI Reformer Tube is usually formed by radiation section, Convection Section, tube system, duct, stack and air preheater. Traditional way of manufacturing is to deliver all the components, tubes and equipment to the project site. Then, components are assembled according to relative manufacturing order. The disadvantages of this traditional way are long manufacturing cycle and low efficiency. Advanced method to significantly improve shortcomings is modular manufacturing of reformer. It allows some manufacturing process to be operated simultaneously in the shop. Using this way, the overall costs are highly saved, and higher quality are guaranteed.
