Each reformer tube is a converter reactor directly heated by the flame. With catalyst inside the tube, process gas absorbs in heat to react. Reforming gas outlet temperature is usually 800-860°C. To be heat resistance, Reformer Tube is usually spun casted with HP40Nb or HP40Nb-M, that is ZG40Ni35Cr25Nb or ZG45Ni35Cr25NbM.
