Each reformer tubes are converter reactor which is directly contacted with flame. Process gas is in reaction by absorbing heat in the tubes where are full of catalyst. The temperature of converted gas outlet could be up to 800-860℃. In order to operate under high temperature, reformer tubes are usually Centrifugal Casting. The material could be HP40Nb or HP40Nb-M, that is ZG45Ni35Cr25NbM or ZG40Ni35Cr25Nb.
Our products could satisfy specification of general Centrifugal Casting Products and what you request. The OD could be 50mm-200mm with wall thickness 5mm-20mm.
